E-mail is a great way to reach us - we will generally be able to respond the same day! When reaching out by e-mail, please clarify all relevant information, as below.
For inquiring about a service or booking (before or after): if you have not yet made a booking, feel free to tell us what you're feeling + thinking, as well as any questions you already have in mind, and we'll help you find a service that supports your healing; if you have already booked a service, you may e-mail us to share details about your experience + needs, to request clarification on what came up during a reading, to transfer your booking to another service (refunds are not permitted), or to reschedule your day and time (with at least 12 hours notice).
For inquiring about our trainings, classes, or working with us as a guide or freelancer: if you are considering booking a course, tell us about the skills + experience you already have, what you're hoping to learn, and anything else you'd like to share - the course can be tailored to your personal needs, so don't hesitate to tell us how; if you're hoping to work with us (as a guide or freelancer), similarly tell us what skills + previous experience you're bringing in (résumés welcome but not at all required), what draws you to work with intuit.hue, and how our vision + values relate to what you can contribute - we'll respond with what opportunities we offer and any agreements, costs, or requirements necessary to move forward on that path!
For inquiring about being featured + submitting/submitted written work (blog posts, articles, short stories): we invite people of marginalised experience to share stories of their own work and healing; send us a sample of what you're hoping to share and tell us briefly how you feel it aligns with our vision and values - we will not publish without your permission, nor without a clear agreement on what our publishing + compensation entails. We also offer free editing + proofreading for any work to be published through us.
For all other inquiries: we welcome all opportunities to build meaningfully with others working for healing + liberation, so if you have an intention beyond what we have shared above (sponsorship, outreach opportunities, donations, or just wanting to know more about us and what we do), please share it with us - tell us what you have in mind! We are excited that you are interested in crafting with us + look forward to connecting with you.

We offer short phone consultations to help figure out how we can serve you in your healing journey, to talk through the services we offer - if you have a concern or question that can likely be addressed in a few minutes, definitely feel free to reach out. We are here to help you find resources for your healing! (If we are unable to answer, just leave a voicemail and we will respond as soon as we can!)
Note: because it takes time + care to craft an intentional space for reading, we do not generally accept call-ins for on the spot tarot readings or other services, except where we offer phone-in hours (will be listed here); when not offering these hours, we will direct you to booking via our shop and will generally complete the service within 2 - 3 days after the booking is placed; guides will not render services before a booking is made. If you need an expedited service (within 24 hours), you can choose that when booking!
